Multiple gifts can be ordered for the same delivery date for a group. Another option would be to determine in advance, a variety of gifting needs throughout the year.
Yes, you can select the gift, provide recipient details, and tell us the date range you wish it to arrive. Once the gift is shipped, you will receive a tracking number!

Yes! If you already have an item, whether it’s a gift item or branding elements such as stickers, you can ship those to our warehouse, and we will include it with the whole gift.
That is great! We love that. If you have the same recurring gift need, it is very simple! For example, if you have continuous new hires that to whom you want to send a welcome gift – we will have you fill out a very short questionnaire that you can send to us each time you need a gift. When you submit that form, we know what gift to send.
At this time, we cannot. However, we do have alcohol related gifts where all they need to do is to add the alcohol!

Unfortunately, not. Once it leaves our warehouse and is with the shipping carrier, we rely on their expertise to get it to you safely and efficiently.
Currently we ship all over the US and Canada. We can work with you individually for international shipping needs.
The cost varies based on weight, size and destination.
Gifts from our shop will ship within 3-5 business days.
For gifts that have branded or customised elements, the ship time can take 10-14 days.
We strive to work efficiently to get your gifts shipped out as soon as possible.
Our warehouse is closed on major holidays and if any unforeseen closures happen, you will be communicated with if your order is impacted.
No! You will be the only one to see the cost/an invoice. The gift arrives without a price
As the majority of our gifts are custom, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged, we will be more than happy to replace that.
Absolutely! This is one of our many ways to simplify gifting! If you select more than 1 of any of our gifts, one of our GEMs will contact you to verify shipping and add any shipping requests to your order
